The hotel had a good breakfast spread and the staff were very friendly. The location was also great as it was close to shopping centers and a park nearby. the room had a good view of the city lights on New Year’s Eve.
The room was not up to par with what we expected for the price we paid. The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom had a strange smell.

Such tourist sites as Panghegar Waterboom were adjacent to the venue. Free Wi Fi worked in all rooms

I like staying at Grand Pasundan due to the location near by my families homes in Bandung, and also i like its dining menus and nice staffs, and also the great rate they offer..
because I often make family trip with young children, I prefer if the hotel provides kids arena and wider swimming pool

This place is located in a quiet area, away from the tourist crowds, which adds to its charm. The service here is impeccable, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
Families will find this hotel to be a great choice for their accommodation needs.

Not too bad but need to replace the bed with the better quality one. The bed is too elastic so that could precipitate back pain in the morning. I really got it !!
The interior as well as the furniture need to replace with the better ones.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. the hotel's location was also convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. the restaurant had a good selection of tasty dishes for breakfast.
The service quality was disappointing. the staff at the reception desk was not particularly welcoming, and the check-in process was slow.
